About the Role

This is a Client Operations Specialist role with one of the leading companies in AU right now, Hireup, with an amazing team. They are continuing to grow rapidly. This is the chance to join right as the company takes off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess new and existing Hireup clients to ensure they are set up efficiently to receive the best experience from the Hireup platform.
  • Proactively support clients to onboard to Hireup efficiently, ensuring outstanding customer service, commercial sensitivity, and compliance to Hireup's obligations as a registered NDIS provider.
  • Support clients where appropriate to build suitable, well-trained teams of Support Workers on Hireup.
  • Efficiently administer client records and Hireup systems to capture relevant and important information.

Your Background:

  • Disability sector experience is desirable.
  • High-level technology and systems literacy, with the ability to navigate and proactively learn to use new software applications.
  • Direct disability support work and/or familiarity with mental health, high intensity and/or specialised support is highly regarded.
  • Experience with specialised support plans and working with allied health practitioners is highly regarded.
  • Experience in autonomously managing a high-volume caseload.
  • Results focus, able to work with KPIs and targets.
  • Ability to confidently receive calls from clients through proactive outgoing, plus reactive incoming direct or transferred calls.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Passion for a proactive, person-centred, positive, risk-tolerant approach to mental health and specialised support.
  • Experience working within a small team, driving collaboration and communication.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt communication styles to suit individuals.
  • Impeccable organisational skills, systems thinking, drive and internal motivation.
  • Exhibit adaptability, resilience, transparency, trustworthiness, passion and innate curiosity.
