This is a full-time permanent position, working 38 hours per week. The first 4-6 weeks are dedicated to comprehensive training, ensuring you have all the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves providing personalized recommendations on health and wellbeing products that cater to customers' unique needs. You'll work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that enhance their overall health and wellbeing experience.
You'll also be responsible for:
- Developing relationships with local communities to promote our brand and products;
- Assisting existing Bupa members with their day-to-day transactions and addressing any concerns or questions they may have;
- Educating members on the benefits they can access and how to get the most out of their health insurance.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills. You should be able to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
