Multidisciplinary Health Specialist

The role of a Generalist Health Worker, Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD) is to work collaboratively with the RHD team in delivering holistic care to clients and their families. This involves assisting in the delivery of education and support to families at risk of RHD.
Job TypeThis is a permanent full-time position with no after-hours requirements.
Salary InformationThe annual salary for this position is between $73,922 and $78,071.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver clinical health care services to clients and their families
- Assist in the delivery of education and support to families at risk of RHD
- Work collaboratively with the RHD team to deliver holistic care
- Certificate IV or higher in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care
- Registration with AHPRA is highly desirable
- Current and valid Blue card
- Current driver's license
