Achieve Australia is seeking a highly skilled NDIS Coordinator to join our team. As an NDIS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating and driving the planning process and funding allocation for our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant information, funding, and service agreements.
  • Identify and escalate any issues related to funding, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers to support the funding planning process, ensuring participants receive the necessary level of funding to meet their goals.
  • Work closely with front-line teams and support coordinators to gather evidence for funding applications, ensuring a high success rate.
  • Proactively support the 'My planning' process, documenting information to inform new or proposed Statements of Service or Roster of Care.
  • Draft and finalize Statements of Service or ISPs for DSOA participants, preparing service agreements for distribution to plan nominees.
  • Maintain and update relevant agreements as required, ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to ensure seamless transition of new prospects, communicating potential new vacancies as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in interpreting the NDIS price guide and statutory requirements.
  • Adaptability to work in a changing environment, managing competing priorities with ease.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of the client intake process, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
