  • Maintaining knowledge of menu items and offering recommendations to enhance the dining experience
  • Serving food and beverages to guests with impeccable presentation and timing
  • Fostering exceptional customer relationships through personalized attention and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:

  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Proven experience in providing quality customer service, preferably in a hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of waiter/waitressing or bar operations, including RSA qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work breakfast and dinner shift duties

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$22 per hour, commensurate with experience. This is a part-time position, with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs.
