Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Disability Support Officer. In this position, you will play a vital part in providing support and coordination services to individuals with cognitive impairments.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others, working closely with our team to deliver rehabilitation and reintegration programs. Your expertise and passion for disability support will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.

  • This role requires someone who is able to implement effective support strategies for people with cognitive impairments.
  • You will lead case coordination efforts, supporting access to relevant disability services and advocating for the needs of our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate your experience and skills in:

  • Support pathway planning and implementation
  • Caseload management and coordination
  • Advocacy and service provision

In addition to your expertise, we are looking for candidates who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in allied health or the disability sector are highly desirable. A valid Victorian driver's licence is also required.
