We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to play a key role in supporting our transformation. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and commercial contracts, as well as strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and commercial contracts
- Providing commercially focused legal advice to support project delivery
- Managing external legal providers and supporting the defence of third-party claims
- Delivering legal updates and presentations to internal stakeholders
- Contributing to legal precedent development and process improvement
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of post-admission experience in-house or private practice
- Solid front-end construction contract experience
- Ability to work closely with project and commercial teams to deliver results
