Hotel Cleaning Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our hotel cleaning team as a Guest Room Attendant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay from the moment they step into their room.

This is a physically demanding position with tight time constraints, requiring a high level of attention to detail. However, it is also a rewarding role that offers a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.

Responsibilities:
  • Meticulously clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail by arranging and replenishing guest room amenities, such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere by ensuring rooms are inviting, well-stocked, and meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for guests and team members alike.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in hotel cleaning or heavy manual labor is highly desired.
  • Flexible availability with weekends being essential.
  • Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work both solo and as part of a large team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods is desired but not essential.
