Support Mentor

We are seeking a Support Mentor to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities and at-risk youth.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and motivated individual to make a positive impact in the lives of others. As a Support Mentor, you will serve as a mentor, life coach, and ally, helping individuals to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide community access support, including transport to activities, appointments, and job readiness services.
  • Assist with domestic tasks such as meal prep, cleaning, and personal organisation.
  • Offer practical help with routine building, time management, and confidence coaching.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, Youth Work or equivalent (or working toward).
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willing to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • National Police Check (within 12 months).
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transport.
