Our organisation seeks a skilled and patient mentor to guide young learner drivers in their driving journey. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy teaching and have excellent communication skills.

This position requires the ability to provide supervision and instruction to learner drivers, helping them achieve their ‘Log Book’ hours. The ideal candidate will be able to complement lessons from a qualified Driving Instructor and possess good knowledge of the region and townships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide guidance and support to learner drivers to help them achieve their driving goals.
  • Develop effective relationships with diverse participants, particularly young people.
  • Assist learner drivers in identifying and addressing areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a current Senior First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
  • Be an accredited Driving Instructor or willing to obtain one with our organisation's support.
  • Hold a Current Working with Children’s Check or be able to obtain one.
  • Undergo a National Criminal History Check.
