Christmas Casual Job Description

We are seeking Christmas Casuals to join our team during the busiest time of year. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for every customer.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Customer Experience Specialist: Provide exceptional customer service and create engaging experiences for all customers.
  • Sales Supporter: Assist your team in achieving sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
  • Inventory Manager: Receive, restock, and maintain stocked shelves to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Order Fulfillment Specialist: Pick and pack click & dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Store Maintainer: Maintain a tidy store environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Availability Expertise: Full availability from October to mid-January, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Retail Experience: While retail experience is preferred, it's not essential for this role.
  • Passionate Team Player: A passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
