About The Role
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse Division 2 (without notation).
  • Demonstrated experience and clinical skills in mental health nursing as an enrolled nurse working with people with serious mental health illness and physical illness related to them.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work effectively.
  • Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide recovery-oriented, trauma-informed person-centred care, family inclusive and culturally sensitive care for persons accessing mental health services.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to work flexible rosters, including morning, evening or night shifts across all days of the week according to unit/service requirements.
