", "We are seeking a dedicated individual to support Allied Health professionals in delivering quality patient care.", "As an Allied Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with patient mobility, treatment preparation, and group activities.", "Your responsibilities will include supervising exercises, maintaining equipment, and performing clerical tasks.", "You will maintain clear communication with clinicians and uphold patient privacy and dignity throughout all interactions.", "The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to health and wellbeing, and a desire to contribute to the care and support of patients within a supportive environment.", "Key Responsibilities:", "- Support Allied Health professionals in delivering quality patient care", "- Assist with patient mobility, treatment preparation, and group activities", "- Supervise exercises, maintain equipment, and perform clerical tasks", "- Maintain clear communication with clinicians and uphold patient privacy and dignity", "Requirements:", "- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance or other equivalent qualification", "- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills", "- Demonstrated experience and skills in manual handling of patients and equipment", "- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team", "- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and organise a busy workload", "- Demonstrated ability to undertake clinical duties with patients once delegated and operate with minimal direct supervision", "- Computer literacy, with the ability to use Office, email, and electronic patient record systems", "- Current drivers licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel"],
