  • Facilitating weekly utilization meetings to solve resourcing gaps
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to support resource planning, project adjustments, capacity planning, and utilization
  • Supporting the Senior Accountant in day-to-day financial needs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create client invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Inputting and monitoring resource projects and timesheet data
  • Developing a deep understanding of our work, including capabilities, methodologies, and clients, to match projects with the right people
  • Identifying and reporting on key performance metrics to optimize team utilization and long-term resourcing requirements
  • Working with the Talent Team on upcoming gaps and hiring needs
  • Producing weekly/monthly/quarterly management metrics
  • Providing commercial and financial support for new opportunities
  • Driving system and process improvement initiatives to strengthen resource management within IE
 The ideal candidate will be an expert in multitasking, setting priorities, and collaboration, with a genuine interest in supporting cross-functional teams.
