Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency with computer software such as MS Excel or QuickBooks. They will be responsible for performing various tasks including:
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Assisting with audits, fact-checking, and resolving discrepancies.
- Providing support to the accounting department.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive in a fast-paced environment.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have 1-3 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience and a commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
