About the Role

The Improvement Program Lead plays a pivotal role in aligning strategic objectives with operational execution to meet evolving organisational business needs.

This position champions a culture of continuous improvement, fosters collaboration across disciplines, and ensures impactful outcomes that support long-term sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of bespoke improvement and transformation projects across Sustainable Infrastructure.
  • Maintain and manage a prioritised register of continual improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that support organisational priorities.
  • Act as a key contact for change and transformation guidance.
  • Support and mentor a team of improvement specialists.
  • Deliver insightful reporting to leadership on initiative progress.
About the Ideal Candidate

A strong background in business transformation, process improvement, and change management is essential. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement, and skilled at engaging stakeholders across all levels.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Engineering or equivalent experience are required.

Methodology expertise, including Change (Lean, Human-Centred Design), Process (Six Sigma), and Project/Program Management is also necessary.
