**Nurse Triage Role**

Medibank is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join its dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of the Nurse Triage team, you will provide clinical guidance and support to callers across Australia, helping them make informed healthcare decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping callers through challenging situations using clinical triage systems
  • Ensuring clinical governance and care outcomes are met by utilizing technology and systems to complement strong clinical assessment skills
  • Providing virtual induction training and ongoing support for successful onboarding
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current AHPRA registration with no limitations
  • Superior nursing assessment skills and intermediate IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
