As an expert nurse with us, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to elderly residents. We are seeking skilled and compassionate nurses to join our casual talent pool.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- 6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
