We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in community nursing, subacute, and disability settings, with a strong focus on delivering person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide expert nursing care, including wound management, diabetes management, and medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring timely communication with clients and healthcare teams.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and identify potential risks, reporting concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations as needed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Current registration with AHPRA required.
  • Relevant qualifications in Registered or Enrolled Nursing.
  • Proven experience in community, subacute, or disability nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification essential.
