Nursing Care Specialist

Deliver exceptional nursing care to the elderly population in a variety of settings, including residential aged care facilities and community health environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health and well-being, identifying their individual care needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Educate residents and their families about health management and available resources
- Stay informed about best practices in aged care and comply with regulatory standards
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and current nursing license
- Experience in aged care nursing or a similar healthcare setting is highly desirable
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Compassionate nature and a passion for improving the lives of elderly individuals
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in aged care
