Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining robust food safety and quality programs at our manufacturing sites to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality products meeting customer, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Ensuring compliance to quality and food safety programs through day-to-day implementation, verification, and continuous improvement of operational controls on the production floor.
  • Accountable for training operational teams to consistently apply quality and food safety requirements.
  • Supporting site readiness for external audits and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a food/dairy manufacturing environment with relevant experience in Quality/Operations.
  • Proven experience in HACCP, EM management, weight control, and hold & release processes within a production environment.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing site hygiene, GMP, and quality systems.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of quality and food safety systems, including HACCP, CCPs, SPPs, and food safety legislation.
