  • We are seeking an experienced Food Safety Specialist to coordinate the food safety system with our hospitality and catering team, ensuring requirements are understood and safety standards are consistently met.

  • The successful candidate will utilize their strong administrative skills to manage food safety procedures and implement effective auditing practices.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • HACCP experience
    • Auditing experience required
    • Strong organisation and time management skills
    • An eye for detail
    • Basic food handlers certification (or willingness to obtain one)
    • Willingness to undergo a police check

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. The pay rate is competitive, and daily rates are available.

This opportunity is open only to applicants who have a current right to work in Australia.
