Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving defined sales targets through the management of a high-performing sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Sales Results
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve defined sales targets
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
  • Staff Development and Management
    • Provide training, education, and performance monitoring for sales team members
    • Support staff recruitment and development initiatives
  • Marketing and Sales Support
    • Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on marketing strategies
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
  • Leadership and Ethics
    • Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership values
    • Ensure adherence to industry and company best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience
    • Previous experience in sales management or a related field
    • Successful track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
  • Leadership and Communication Skills
