About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets through effective management of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
