Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to local communities, including training, therapy/counselling, and behaviour support.
  • Assist in developing our internal Allied Health Teams practice framework and promote the importance of reparative experiences and evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients, families, and/or carers.
Requirements
  • Social Work degree and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in psychosocial assessment, systematic family therapy, family/parent psycho-education, and individual counselling and behaviour management.
  • Demonstrated proficient, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in working with a diverse range of people across all age groups.
