Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Strategist to lead and evolve our go-to-market function, driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

  • Create and deliver comprehensive transformation plans for Enterprise and Mid-Market segments, prioritizing activities for optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align strategies, accountabilities, and deliverables.
  • Develop and present strategic GTM plans to senior leaders and steering committees for approval and guidance.
  • Manage delivery into market and channel, tracking progress, guiding go/no-go decisions, and ensuring sales readiness.
  • Lead the transformation working group and support the GTM steering committee, engaging relevant leads and ensuring coordinated execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a transformation, marketing, product, or project management role, ideally within telecommunications sectors.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with outstanding collaborator management abilities.
  • A strong communicator with a proactive reporting style, capable of influencing across all levels.
  • Effective implementation of intricate product collections with various vendors, coordinating and aligning priorities across collaborators.
