Job Description:

Cover-More Group is seeking a seasoned Transformation Strategist to spearhead our People and Culture transformation agenda. This pivotal role will drive the development and implementation of group-wide strategies and initiatives, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic programs and initiatives aligned to the People and Culture transformation agenda
  • Enhance the end-to-end employee experience by providing insight on market trends and best practices
  • Design and implement inclusive work practices and policies in collaboration with the People and Culture team
  • Develop and plan for learning and development solutions, including training needs analysis and design facilitation of learning programs
  • IDentify creative ways to drive people development through non-traditional mechanisms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in organisational development, HR, or a related field. Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives and driving cultural change is essential.
