Embark on a two-year career development journey in consulting, with mentorship and exposure to multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Explore various consulting specialities to identify your ideal first role.

  • Contribute to design teams to deliver projects, contribute to bids and tenders, and gain hands-on experience with occasional site work.
  • In year one, focus on the fundamentals of consulting to establish your rhythm in the industry.
  • In year two, have flexibility to tailor your development toward technical depth or mentorship-driven growth.
Program Structure
  • Most full-time roles begin within six months of completion of studies, with some teams starting earlier.
  • Casual work opportunities may be available during your final year of study to provide a head start.
