We are currently seeking a skilled Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs.

You will develop an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals to design solutions that meet their needs, objectives, and interests.

  • Educate and support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.
  • Guide customers through personalised lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help them achieve their goals.
  • Build connections with customers, colleagues, and the community while having some fun along the way.
Your Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We're looking for individuals who:

  • Have proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customer's needs.
  • Can confidently communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Have the ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Are eager to understand and share what makes our business unique.
  • Value collaboration and have a drive to work together to achieve our goals.
  • Have experience in consumer lending, although it's not essential.
