This is a First Nations Identified Role, open only to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants.

About the Role

You will work closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, supporting them with culturally sensitive services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
  • Develop tailored plans to create successful pathways for employment
  • Enhance employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers and participants
  • Deliver a quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a current probationary or open Australian drivers license and comprehensively insured vehicle
