Delivering Exceptional Speech Therapy Services for Children
">This role involves providing high-quality speech pathology services to children with additional needs and their families. You will apply evidence-based practices to design and implement interventions that support children's communication goals, while building the capacity of their families.
">Your work will focus on children aged 0-18 years old and involve conducting assessments, developing tailored therapy plans, and documenting outcomes in line with professional and organisational standards.
">You will be expected to manage your caseload efficiently, meet billable hour targets, and ensure timely reporting to support children's ongoing development.
">Collaboration with families, colleagues, and external professionals is essential to provide holistic, family-centred care.
">Respecting cultural diversity and treating every family with dignity is central to your practice.
">Participation in team meetings, supervision, and professional development is required to maintain and grow your skills, while contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
">Staying up-to-date with current research and best practices is also essential, as well as participating in community and interagency forums where relevant, and adhering to all policies, procedures, and child safety standards.
">Key Qualifications:
">- Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology or related field
- SPA Registration
- Current Driver's Licence and access to own car
- NDIS Worker Check, WWCC, and National Police Check
- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
