About the Role

We develop individualised intensive therapy programs with unique combinations of speech, physical, occupational, and other innovative therapies.

Each program is tailored to a specific child, making every experience unique.

We offer weekly sessions following intensive programs, allowing therapists to build relationships and consistency with our customers.

The Therapist's Key Responsibilities

Speech Therapists complete skilled assessments and provide intervention to infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents with disorders affecting development of motor, cognitive, and behavioural skills within the professional scope of practice.

The role requires all therapists to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide evidence-based interventions to patients with complex communication and feeding needs.

Program Structure

We offer intensive three-week programs using highly innovative and evidence-based therapy methods and technology from around the globe, supported by weekly sessions.

We have a proven track-record of helping children achieve and even surpass their physical goals.

Our programs are tailored to each individual child's specific needs, which may involve a combination of speech and language therapy, feeding therapy, and/or AAC training.

About You

You must have a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from an accredited University.

You should have clinical experience, ideally two years post-graduate Speech Pathology experience.

Current registration/membership with SPA is required.

You must demonstrate professional empathy towards clients and develop rapport.

You are a team player who can demonstrate NAPA values, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to advance client needs.
