Project Management and Change Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a Project Management and Change Officer role. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying specialist project management and change management resources to drive implementation of priority initiatives.

  • Maintaining project documents, including reporting dashboards, databases, registers, document management, and version control of project delivery framework tools and templates.
  • Maintaining project and plan schedules, monitoring deadlines, and reporting any identified delays to leadership.
  • Monitoring and managing communication channels, leading special projects, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
  • Assisting in maintaining an Agency-wide view of Changes through the Forward View of Change.
  • Coordinating input to produce relevant, timely, and accurate reports.

The ideal candidate will have Australian citizenship, background experience in Disability, Aged Care, or Federal Government, prior experience in Project-based environments, knowledge of change management principles, and high competence with MS Office Suite.

This is a hybrid position offering 2 days working from home and 3 days on site. Standard 37.5-hour work weeks with an average of 8 hours per day.
