OdysseyCare Solutions is a passionate and client-focused disability support provider, committed to empowering people with disability to live meaningful and independent lives. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with NDIS participants, their families, and carers to:

  • Assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans.
  • Build capacity and support participants to exercise choice and control.
  • Coordinate a range of supports and services tailored to individual needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with participants, providers, and community organisations.
  • Monitor progress and outcomes, ensuring services are delivered effectively and in line with NDIS goals.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Compassionate, professional, and committed to empowering people with disability.
  • Experienced in NDIS Support Coordination (or a similar role in disability/community services).
  • Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and building relationships.
  • Knowledgeable of the NDIS framework, guidelines, and service pathways.
  • Organised with strong time-management and administrative skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Allied Health or similar (or significant industry experience).
  • Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Police Check.
  • Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Pay: $39.96 – $47.42 per hour
