Process Analyst/Service Designer Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to support the facilitation and definition of problems to solve, apply improvement toolkits in collaboration with customers, and leverage experience in Business Process Mapping, Operating Models, and Service Design. This role requires a collaborative, pragmatic approach and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to define and understand problems to solve.
  • Apply Lean, Human Centered Design, BPM, and Project Management methodologies.
  • Kaizen: have experience and depth of knowledge.
  • Support the application of improvement toolkits and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to co-design solutions.
  • Conduct Business Process Mapping to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement Operating Models and Service Design strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members and other stakeholders.
About You:
  • Have expertise in Business Process Mapping, Operating Models, and Service Design.
  • Have technical understanding to support the application of improvement toolkits effectively.
  • Have strong problem-solving abilities, including facilitation and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and solution implementation.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a collaborative mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.
