Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

Division Overview

The procurement division is responsible for managing the organisation's procurement functions, including contract development and administration.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that procurement processes are fair, secure, and transparent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing tender documents
  • Supporting business cases
  • Coordinating evaluations
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in contract development, including the preparation of reports and contractual documentation
  • Knowledge of procurement systems and policy
  • Sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and manage relationships with stakeholders
