Job Opportunity: Community Engagement Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to connect people with the support they need to find and maintain employment.

In this role, you will build and maintain partnerships with community services, collaborate closely with Employment Coaches, and develop personalized support plans to ensure individuals have the best chance at securing sustainable employment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at building relationships, promoting services, and supporting people with disability.

About You:

  • A background in sales, community services or a related field, accompanied by relevant experience
  • Confidence in applying sales and marketing skills, along with a proven track record of success
  • An enthusiasm for identifying opportunities that benefit people with disability, coupled with a strong commitment to their empowerment
  • The ability to work independently, while also being an integral member of a high-performing team
