Nestled in the heart of early childhood education, we seek a visionary leader to craft enriching curriculums and environments that nurture the holistic development of every child.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Craft and implement engaging and challenging curriculum programs for children aged 6 weeks to five years old.
  2. Collaborate with educators to develop and maintain high-quality learning environments that promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  3. Coach and mentor educators to build their skills and confidence in delivering the curriculum.
  4. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and contribute to reporting requirements.
  5. Participate in professional learning opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practice in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • A Diploma in Early Education or working towards one.
  • Experience in working in either a Lead Educator or an educational leader role within childcare.
  • Ability to support and guide the team.
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Availability to open and close when required.
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to exceeding outcomes for children and educators.
