Centre Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as a Centre Director.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the centre's culture, driving quality outcomes for children, and supporting a dedicated team of educators.

About the Role:

  • Provide strong leadership to educators and staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with families and the wider community
  • Oversee staffing, rostering, and centre operations
  • Drive enrolments and occupancy growth
  • Support educator professional development and career progression

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years' leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee) (VIC requirement)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Proven knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
