Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Education Director to lead our educational programs and team.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in early childhood education or diploma, as well as proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework. They will also have previous experience in the early years sector, with valid working with children's check.

Key responsibilities will include leading the development and implementation of the curriculum, supporting educators in delivering an exceptional educational program, assessing children's learning and development, and contributing to ongoing improvement through the quality improvement plan.

Required Skills:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA) or Diploma
  • Proven Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
  • Previous Experience in the Early Years Sector (Desirable)
  • Valid Working with Children's Check
