We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team, responsible for mentoring educators and ensuring compliance across campus operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a proactive and supportive approach to driving continuous improvement.
A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care is required, along with at least 2–3 years' experience in a leadership role. The ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, is also essential.

- Ensure compliance and safety in all aspects of campus operations
- Develop trusted relationships with families and contribute to a culture of inclusion
- Drive continuous improvement in line with organizational standards
- A strong track record of leadership and education experience
- Excellent knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
