**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Sydney's Northern Beaches. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential care and companionship to older individuals living in their own homes, helping to empower their independence and enhance their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
* Assist with household tasks, such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
* Transport clients to appointments and on shopping trips.
* Accompany clients on outings and social support activities.

**Requirements**

* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent (preferred).
* Experience in providing client-centered care.
* Current First Aid certificate.
* Valid driver's license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
