Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a driven Project Manager/Engineer to lead the delivery of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are successfully delivered in accordance with our high standards and client expectations.

The role requires a highly organised and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with other departments to coordinate the successful delivery of projects and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and shape project lifecycles from initiation through to delivery.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Provide feedback to motivate, innovate, and drive continuous improvement.

You will have a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, as well as 2-4 years of project management experience. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to read structural drawings and experience with structural elements of construction.
