About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team and provide care for participants in the disability and aged care industry. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks and improving domestic and community assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.
- Provide transportation for participants using your own vehicle.
- Manage behavior support plans and implement strategies to promote positive behaviors.
- Maintain accurate records of participant interactions and progress.

Requirements:
- Possession of a current Drivers Licence.
- Experience in Support Work, preferably in the disability and aged care sector.

- First Aid and CPR certification.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Disability, Aged Care, or related field certifications.
- National Police check.
