We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Onboarding Specialist to join our winning team. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you'll play a critical role in upholding first-level defence against potential fraud and financial loss by vetting and checking all incoming applications. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will ensure clients are up and running as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess merchant applications within established MYOB policies, procedures, and risk appetite.
- Analyse information relating to MYOB Online Payment applications, including merchant business and personal profiles, to effectively assess their risk profile.
- Prepare risk review documentation highlighting areas of risk with a recommendation and raise this to management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client data and applications within MYOB CRM and associated systems.
- Experience in financial, payment, or related risk assessment environments preferred.
- Experience in AML – CTF, KYC policies and procedures preferred.
- Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results and meet expectations of external business partners and clients.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
