About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Financial Services Onboarding Specialist to join our team at MYOB. As a key member of our Financial Services Onboarding team, you'll play a critical role in upholding first-level defense against potential fraud and financial loss by vetting and checking all incoming applications. You'll configure and provision the facility to ensure clients are up and running as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and make decisions on merchant applications within established MYOB policies, procedures, and risk appetite.
- Gather, analyze, and assess information relating to MYOB Online Payment applications, including merchant business and personal profile, to effectively assess their risk profile.
- Prepare risk review documentation highlighting areas of risk with a recommendation and raise this to management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client data and applications within MYOB CRM and associated systems.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in financial, payment, or related risk assessment environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with AML – CTF, KYC policies and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to deliver results and meet expectations of external business partners and clients.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
