Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brewery Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our micro brewery. This individual will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, ensuring efficient operations, and upholding company policies.

  • Supervise food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth and effective operations.

  • Enforce cashiering policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to protect and maintain equipment.
  • Implement controls to prevent cash or stock losses.
  • Assist other departments or outlets as needed to drive business success.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and perform additional duties assigned by senior management.
