Job Overview

The Change Facilitator will play a pivotal role in driving organisational change and ensuring seamless adoption of new initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing structured change management methodologies to drive business transformation.
  • Leading organisational and project change management strategies to achieve successful program and project outcomes.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans to support organisational change and adoption. • Identify and implement training requirements and develop relevant training needs analysis and plans. • Deliver high-impact training programs for organisational teams and industry stakeholders.

Requirements
• 5+ years' experience in a senior leadership change management role in a program/project environment.

Proven track record of utilising contemporary change management methodologies to drive business success.Experience working on large projects with dispersed organisations across Australia in a change management capacity.
