Project Change Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Project Change Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our rail infrastructure project.

The Project Change Lead will play a key role in implementing and facilitating change processes, working closely with senior leadership to ensure a 'best for program' approach to change management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing regular self-assessments and reviews of project change process effectiveness
  • Facilitating project change papers for impact analysis and preparing risk mitigation plans
  • Identifying and managing stakeholders, supporting project teams to integrate Change Management outcomes in variance tools

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project change control, a strong delivery background, knowledge of Change Management frameworks, and proficiency in project controls software such as Prism, Sharepoint, and DOORS. Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Power Bi, and highly developed leadership, negotiation, influencing, analytical, problem resolution, interpersonal, and communication skills are also essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading or playing a key role in project change and initiatives that may arise from time to time. You will work collaboratively with project teams to achieve project and program common goals, establish necessary change project metrics, monitoring, measurement, and reporting, and be accountable for the quality and accuracy of Change related data and timely and relevant information.
