Senior Finance Professional Opportunity

This role offers an exceptional chance to work within a high-performing finance team in a dynamic business environment.

You will be responsible for managing all finance operations for the entity, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial results and outcomes.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to drive success in delivery of key targets.

The following are the key responsibilities:

  • Lead and handle month-end close activities, ensuring completion on time with accurate reporting.
  • Review monthly P&L impacts determining factors driving variances to AOP and Forecast.
  • Partner with cost centre leads to deliver targeted financial outcomes.
  • Prepare annual operating plans and manage monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Provide analytical and financial ad hoc support.
  • Drive reconciliation processes across various financial systems and ensure data governance.
  • Implement continuous improvement and standardization of reporting and analytical processes.
  • Support CAPEX process including formulating arguments for investment approval and project spend reporting.
  • Manage Statutory Audits and Tax Compliance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
  • CA/CPA Qualification.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Prior experience in FP&A and/or Controlling.
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills; Oracle, HFM/CMR, SAP Analytics Cloud preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven team-building skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Self-motivated with flexibility and strong work ethic.
  • Leadership, initiative, and adherence to 4-I values.
